How to perform a Search
The preferred and most accurate method of searching for Instructions for Use/Patient Information is using the REF# (SKU) catalog number. Search by product name is also available.
This information can be found on the product packaging, product labeling, or the implant card.

In some instances, Product Range information, such as Lot Numbers or Manufacturing Dates may be provided alongside eIFU documents on this website. If Product Range information is provided, users should select the most appropriate version for use based on product range information provided on product packaging.
LOT Number
LOT number is located on the product labeling adjacent to the LOT number symbol.
